The www.teby.it site is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user of this network. It is managed by the company Steinmann & Co SAS of Cristina Colombo, located in Via Cappelletta 46 – 20857 – Camparada MB

Product offers and prices are valid within the limit of available stock as they are visible on the site.

In addition to the photographs reproduced and illustrating the products presented, the customer is invited to consult the description of each product to know its features.

The prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes; transport costs will be charged separately, depending on the type of shipment, which can only be made by tracked courier. Shipping packaging:

Following the basic rule of recycling and re-use, where possible we will use recycled boxes to give life again to the products that would be destined for the sludge.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not happy with the products you have purchased, you can return them within 15 days and we will refund the corresponding amount paid. You can also make a partial return or ask us to exchange the products (any additional shipping will have to be recalculated).

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by Legislative Decree 21/2014, on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

An essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the return of the products intact in their original packaging (the goods must not have been used, or tampered with or washed).

Simply send us an email and we will prepare a pre-filled waybill for you to attach to the package.
– The cost of the UPS courier for the withdrawal is 12,00 euro for all products except menstrual panties. – The cost of the UPS courier for the withdrawal of menstrual panties is 6,00 euro.

Add a copy of the receipt or invoice of the purchased goods to the package
The product you wish to return must be received no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the same.
The costs of packaging and shipping the return are borne by the customer and are excluded from reimbursement, as required by Italian law, unless you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products.
The products must be returned intact in their original packaging and with a suitable outer packaging to avoid damage in transit. In the absence of the above requirements, the products will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Returns of washed or worn products are not permitted.

The customer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he notified us of his withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Methods of refunding the amount paid

Steinmann & Co will provide for the refund by means of payment chosen by the customer between bank transfer or Paypal. Pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for reimbursement by the seller is 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the refund may be withheld beyond 14 days if the goods do not arrive at our warehouse and do not meet the warranty conditions.

WARRANTY

Legal guarantee of conformity and coverage and exclusion clauses.

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (equal to two years) pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

Products that do not meet your expectations, generated in any way, cannot be considered defective for the purposes of this warranty. In addition, the warranty excludes damage caused by: misuse, normal use, damage, alteration, alteration, incorrect maintenance of the garment, negligence or negligence, damage caused by falls and/or accidents, or any change due to external causes, including any repair carried out by unauthorized persons, damage caused by other causes / acts beyond the control of Steinmann & Co; subjective assessments of the user, such as comfort and fit; damage due to prolonged exposure to light and/or heat sources and/or detergents deemed unsuitable and/or chlorine. The proper functioning of baby nappies, swimwear, clothing and all menstrual and incontinence products as well as household products are totally subjective and the responsibility of the user. Ways and times of use, changing nappies/ pads etc., washing and care are the responsibility of the purchaser, therefore the guarantee does not cover subjective malfunctions.

Limitations

The conventional warranty is limited only to products purchased directly by the customer from Steinmann & CO.

WARRANTY:

The warranty policy is very simple, if a customer should encounter a problem arising from a factory defect, after the appropriate checks, we will send you the replacement goods with the next order. Write to [email protected] attaching your order and photographs of the defect.

Coverage and exclusion clauses

The warranty covers any possible manufacturing defect or fault of the materials used to realize the product. Products that are not in compliance with your expectations, generated in any way, cannot be considered as defective for the purpose of the present warranty.
